What is the Return Policy at PutForShare?

You should raise the return request within 10 days of the arrival of your book.
Return Condition for Damaged/ Torn Books:
- All damaged/ torn books must be returned in the original condition they were received in before 14 days of delivery.
- For returns of damaged/ torn books, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Condition for Books you no longer want/ need?
- Return time of book: 10 days

How do I return the books that I purchased?
- Create a return request with the order id, and name of the book.
- For a damaged book return, send a picture of the damaged part.

How do I get a refund?
Once we receive the return of the books, We would initiate the refund process. You would get the refund to your bank a/c within 15 working days of the return book initiated by you.

PutForShare will refund the cost of the item as well as the delivery charges incurred in sending it to you.
