This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for orders placed on [website URL]. 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and it is in its original condition with packaging intact.
The product is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items in Section 2.
You have valid proof of purchase, such as an order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.

Products found to be used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging may be denied a return or receive a partial refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return, except in case of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered:

Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable items.
Items explicitly marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label over email at hi@putforshare.com or WhatsApp.
3. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges paid.

We recommend recording an unboxing video for high-value items to speed up claim verification.

4. Return Process

1. Initiate: Raise a return request via [website/app "Contact Us" section] or email hi@putforshare.com with your order ID.
2. Approval: Our team reviews the request within [1-2 business days] and shares pickup/drop-off instructions.
3. Pickup/Shipping: For reverse-pickup-enabled locations, our courier partner collects the item. In non-serviceable areas, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
4. Quality Check: Once received, the product undergoes a quality check, typically 2-4 business days.
5. Resolution: Upon successful QC, your refund/replacement/exchange is processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged/defective/wrong item: Return shipping is free; costs are borne by PutForShare.com.
Change of mind / scribblings found on few or more pages / no longer needed: Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the product qualifies for free returns as indicated on the product page.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality check, or immediately for approved damaged/defective claims.
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within [5-7 business days] after approval; actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider, typically 3-10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer/UPI to the details you provide, or as store credit, within [7-10 business days].
Shipping/COD handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as damaged, defective, or wrong item.
You will receive an email/SMS notification once your refund is initiated, along with the reference number.

7. Exchanges

Variant exchanges are available for eligible products within the return window, subject to stock availability.
If the desired variant is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped, via your account or by contacting support at hi@putforshare.com or WhatsApp support at +91 89516 00629.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per this policy after delivery.
For prepaid cancellations, refunds are processed within [5-7 business days].

10. Policy Changes

PutForShare.com reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Puducherry, Puducherry].
