When you buy a book from PutForShare.com, You should be able to expect a high standard of customer service before and after you place an order.

What is the Return Policy at PutForShare ?

Return time of book : 10 days
You should raise the return request with in 10 days of the arrival of your book.

Return Condition for Damaged/ Torn Books:

  • All damaged/ torn books must be returned in the original condition they were received in before 14 days of delivery.
  • For returns of damaged/ torn books, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Condition for Books you no longer want/ need?

  • Return time of book : 10 days
    You should raise the return request with in 10 days of the arrival of your book.
  • Books you no longer want/ need must be returned in the same condition as received with the invoice, packing within 10 days of the arrival of your book.

How do I return the books that I purchased?

  1. Create a return request with the order id, and name of the book.
  2. For damaged book return, send an picture of the damaged part.
  3. Please allow us 3 business days to respond to your email.
  4. Once we approve your return, Your book will be picked up by putforshare reverse-pickup team.

Who bears the delivery charges for returning orders ?

For both

  1. Damaged/ Torn Books
  2. Books you no longer want/ need

It would be borne by PutForShare.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive the return of the books, We would initiate the refund process. You would get the refund to your bank a/c within 15 working days of the return book initiated by you.

How are refunds for orders calculated?

When you’re returning

  1. a books that was damaged or defective.
  2. a books that you no longer want/ need.

PutForShare will refund the cost of the item as well as the delivery charges incurred in sending it to you.

What do I do if I do not get response to my return request?

Please allow 3 business days for PutForShare to address the issue and provide instructions for your return. If we do not respond even after 3 business days, or if your issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can write to us at escalation@putforshare.com. PutForShare will stand by your side and help you recover the payments made to purchase the book if the claim is valid.
